The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Springwood team.

n

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You'll have access to strong systems, a supportive team and resources that allow you to focus on delivering great service to your clients.

- $85,000-$95,000 + super + performance-based bonus incentives

- Field Agent support completing routines and open homes
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
n
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
n
- Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
n
- Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
n
- Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
- Previous Property Management experience
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
n
