Responsibilities:

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for providing transactionallegal support services including:

- Provide strategic legal advice, guidance and support to the company's executives and bid teams.
n
- Offer legal backing for project governance initiatives and report to governance bodies, as necessary.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across operations businesses in accordance with the group's policies and procedures.

Profile:

- 8+ PQE in both private practice and in-house ASX listed organisations.
n
- Experience advising on complex transactions & project delivery issues.
n
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering clear and audience-tailored advice on various legal and commercial matters.
n
- Comprehensive understanding of construction law and contracts.
n
