RWC Sutherland Shirelocated is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our commercial property management division.

n

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing property operations, tenancy management, financial reporting, facilities management, compliance, and team performance across a commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage tenant relationships, lease compliance, renewals and inspections
n
- Prepare landlord reports, budgets, reconciliations and oversee rent collection
n
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors, fit‐outs and compliance requirements
n
- Ensure WHS, AFSS and risk management obligations are met
n
- Lead, mentor and develop the Property Management team
n




- Travel between properties as required using own vehicle
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Robust knowledge of Retail Leases Act, WHS and compliance requirements
n
- High level financial and reporting skills
n
- Experience with Cirrus8 or similar property systems
n
- Proven leadership and communication skills
n
- Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
n
