We're looking for compassionate and reliable Housekeeping Assistants to join our team at Monash Gardens.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. You'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across resident rooms and shared spaces
n
- Creating a warm, homelike setting that supports dignity and wellbeing
n
- Interacting respectfully with residents, including those living with dementia, illness, or disability
n
- Supporting the broader team in delivering a positive daily experience
n

About You

n





You're someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for: You'll bring:

- Experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (preferred but not essential)
n
- A caring, respectful, and positive attitude
n
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
n
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
n
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (encouraged)
