- Northern Portfolio – Temporary Full-Time to 30 June 2028
The roles are based in Parramatta, with travel across assigned portfolio areas as required.
What you’ll do
As part of the Housing Portfolio team, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of development and construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
You will:
- Assist with project planning, programming, governance and reporting activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors and government agencies to support project delivery.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines and key deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, briefings and reports to support informed decision‑making.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of housing projects that provide lasting benefits for communities across NSW.
What we’re looking for

What we're looking for
- Experience in project management, property development, construction, infrastructure or a related field, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across diverse groups.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capability, including the ability to assess risks and develop practical solutions.
- Qualifications and/or relevant experience in construction management, property development or a related business discipline.
