Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Engineer for a short-term role with the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite for the full duration of the contract, based in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs.

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

n
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (2020 or similar), including T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and views for data extraction, transformation, and loading activities
n
- Proven experience in query optimisation and performance tuning
n
- Experience designing and implementing efficient, scalable database schemas and structures
n
- Experience managing ETL processes using tools such as SSIS
n
- Demonstrated experience working with Qlik for data modelling and reporting, and integrating with Snowflake
n
- Experience moving data between Snowflake and AWS S3
n




- Familiarity with API management and integration patterns, ideally using Apigee
n
- Experience working within data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, particularly in regulated environments
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Solid problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex integration and database issues
n
