ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Elka Collective at our Macquarie David Jones store, you'll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, providing styling advice, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You'll assist with day-to-day operations including sales, stock management, and maintaining a clean, inspiring space. This role suits someone with a passion for fashion, great communication skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
n
- Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
n
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealing
n
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
n
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
n
- Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
n
- Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
n

ABOUT YOU

- Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!

- Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
n
- Able to commit to a shift pattern& some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
n
- You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
