Looking for a new challenge in Real Estate?

We’re on the hunt for a confident, organised, and creative administrator to join our team. If you thrive on variety and love creating material that's polished and refined, this is for you.

You’ll support our sales team with varied marketing and admin tasks, help properties shine in the market, and work across multiple stakeholders to deliver standout service. Your ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of the game will set you apart.

Key Tasks:

- Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, IM's, presentations and other documentation with little direction.
- Create property marketing materials using Canva and other digital & AI design tools
- Coordinate and manage property listings across various online marketing platforms
- Provide qualified sales administration support and manage broad reaching client correspondence
- Assist with client engagement, enquiries, and follow-up communication Learn and develop on the job – full training provided!
- Data entry into our internal CRM, ability to pull reports from the system ad hoc as required.

Who are we looking for?





- Attention to detail, initiative and strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills, an aptitude to learn quickly and be a proactive team player.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stake holders.
- A passion for internal customer service and a keen interest and understanding of the real estate industry, or real estate as a career.
- Experience using a CRM, Microsoft suite of programs, Adobe PDF writer and Canva - or the want and ability to learn these quickly.
