Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd looking for Cook to join our Kitchen Team . HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY. LTD is privately held hospitality company based in Australia. Currently running different venues across Regional NSW and Sydney .Happysoul Catering Group is described as a fast-growing, supportive employer. HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets located within Narrabri RSL Club at 7 Maitland St, Narrabri NSW 2390 Australia

Requirements:

n

n
- Must be experienced working as Cook
n
- Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu
n
- Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins, sauces and condiments for daily kitchen operations
n
- Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
n
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage and rotation of kitchen ingredients
n




- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
n
- Stock rotation and reordering
n
- Presentation and plating of food
n
- Ability to work in a team
n
- Very good communication skills
n
- Positive Communications Skills
n
- Well Experience using commercial kitchen equipments
n

n

Skills and Qualifications:

n

n
- AQF associate degree, Certificate III or Certificate IV in relevant Hospitality qualification.
n
- Prior experience as a Cook or Chef minimum 1 Year .
n
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
n
- Ability to work Full Time.
n
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
n

Job Type: Full-time

n

Salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
