- Assist in the management of ashopping centre portfolio across Victoria Point, Coomera City, Coomera Grand, Upper Coomera and Toowoomba (fortnightly), comprising approximately 120 tenants.

- You will support the CentreManager by overseeing day to day administration, processing invoices andmaintaining the overall presentation standards of the centres.
n
- Experience in retail, includingcustomer service, store support or store management, will be highly beneficialin this role.

Who we are looking for

n

n
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence,or a willingness to obtain one with support provided.
n
- Demonstrated experience in retailor property management, ideally across multi site portfolios.
n
- Background in retail environmentssuch as customer service, store management or administration will be highlyregarded.
n
- Strong organisational andadministrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks anddeadlines.
n
- Familiarity with tenancy systems,compliance processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The role

Join Knight Frank's nationalretail team as a Retail Manager, taking ownership of the administration,presentation and tenant engagement across two shopping centres withapproximately 120 tenants. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless dailyoperations and delivering a positive experience for both retailers andcustomers.

Key responsibilities

n

- Own and manage retailadministration and tenancy processes across multiple centres, ensuringcompliance and high presentation standards.
n




- Act as the primary point ofcontact for tenants, resolving queries efficiently and building strong workingrelationships.
n
- Coordinate lease administrationand compliance requirements including insurances and bank guarantees, ensuringaccurate record keeping.
n
- Support marketing initiatives,tenant engagement activities and trading performance analysis.
n
- Collaborate closely withfacilities and portfolio managers to deliver smooth operations and achieve keyperformance outcomes.
