Opportunity

Working alongside Jumbo Operators, Supervisors and Technical Services personnel, you will be responsible for safely charging and blasting underground development headings while ensuring compliance with all explosives legislation and site procedures.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Charging and blasting underground development headings
n
- Safe handling and transport of explosives
n




- Operating charge‐up equipment
n
- Reading blast designs and underground plans
n
- Monitoring blast performance
n
- Maintaining explosives records and compliance documentation
n
- Supporting a proactive safety culture
n

n

We're Looking For Candidates With

n

n
- Underground mining experience in development charge‐up
n
- Current Explosives (Black ticket) license
n
- Current Shotfirer qualification
n
- Dangerous Goods handling experience
n
- Experience operating underground charge‐up equipment
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- Knowledge of electronic initiation systems and blast optimisation
n
- Strong communication and safety leadership skills
n
