Staines Memorial College is looking for applicants for an OSHC Coordinator to play, teach, and take care of children in a safe learning setting in Outside School Hours Care.

Role
n

- Outside School Hours Care Coordinator (6:00 – 8:30am/ 2:30pm – 6:00pm)
n
- Paid administrative time and regular training meetings.
n
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service
n
- Develop, plan, and deliver daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
n
- Strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting.
n
- Prepare and serve healthy food options.
n
- Create an engaging and happy environment for children.
n
- Building meaningful connections with staff, students and families of the College community.
n
n
Applicants must be
n
n
- an Australian Citizen or
n
- a permanent resident or
n
- have an appropriate permit to work in Australia
n
n
Requirements
n
Successful Applicants will have completed, or studying towards a Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelors in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care or equivalent, and hold a current Employee Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
n
Only applicants who complete the application form will be considered.
n
Please include 3 referees, one of whom is your present Christian minister.

Staines Memorial College is a non-denominational Christian College situated in the western suburbs between Brisbane and Ipswich. We cater for children from Kindergarten to Year 12 from a variety of Christian backgrounds and traditions. We also cater for families who, though not necessarily Christian themselves, desire a Christian school culture and educational experience for their children.
