About the Role

- Formwork installation and stripping
- Reading and interpreting plans and set-out requirements
- Steel fixing and reinforcement preparation
- Concrete pours, placement and finishing
- Screeding, edging and curing concrete
- Concrete patching and remedial works
- Rendering and surface finishing
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working closely with site supervisors and construction teams to meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Concreter and/or Formworker on commercial construction projects
- Experience with formwork systems and concrete placement
- Experience in concrete patching and rendering
- Current White Card




- Reliable transport and ability to travel between sites
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to read plans and work from site instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid work ethic and reliable attendance
