Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, banqueting, events or hotel environment preferred.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
n
- A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Availability to work conference, wedding and event shifts as required.
n
- A valid Australian driver's licence (preferred).
n
- Full Australian working rights.

Deliver high-quality food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, and event venues including weddings and conferences. Responsibilities include menu recommendations, event setup and pack-down, and maintaining luxury service standards.
