About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our Floreat team in a full‐time position. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy front‐of‐house environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and can keep the practice running smoothly day to day.

n

Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Managing the front desk and providing a warm welcome to patients
n
- Handling appointment bookings, recalls and patient enquiries
n
- Using Dental4Windows (D4W) to manage scheduling and patient records
n
- Assisting with billing, payments and health fund claims
n
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations
n
- Maintaining a professional, organised and patient‐focused front office
n

What We're Looking For

- Experience using D4W software
n
- Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills
n




- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

- Punctual, reliable and well‐organised

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
