Senior Estimator - Residential Construction (Inner West, Sydney)

A well-established residential home builder (confidential) based in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a Senior (or highly experienced) Estimator to join their team. This is a key hire for someone who can run accurate estimates and support smooth procurement delivery across live projects.

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for end-to-end estimating across residential builds, working closely with construction and procurement to ensure pricing is accurate, suppliers are engaged early, and communication is consistent.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare accurate estimates and take-offs for residential projects
n
- Coordinate supplier and contractor pricing, quotes and scope comparisons
n
- Assist with procurement, including purchase orders and cost tracking
n




- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving
n

n

About You

n

n
- Senior / very experienced Estimator within Sydney residential construction (custom or project homes)
n
- Solid understanding of double brick and concrete construction
n
- Solid existing supplier/contractor relationships and rates across Sydney
n
- Known for being punctual, organised and a clear communicator
n
- Buildxact experience preferred (estimating, take-offs, purchase orders)
n
