Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your store - leading a team of passionate individuals, creating meaningful connections with customers, and delivering results that make an impact. This is a hands‐on, people‐first leadership role where your influence shapes everything from team culture to customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Lead and inspire your team to create warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer experiences

- Drive performance across the customer experience, store sales, and store presentation
n
- Create a team culture grounded in trust, fun, and our values
n




- Lead day‐to‐day operations including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
n
- Coach, develop, and grow your team through explicit communication and meaningful feedback
n
- Bring our brand, products and values to life in‐store – every day
n

- A confident and values‐led leader with proven experience in retail management
