We’re now looking for experienced Welders/Boilermakers to join our supportive and safety-focused team in Glen Waverley.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Welder/Boilermaker at WTC, you’ll be hands-on supporting the fabrication of high-quality transformer components through a variety of welding and metalwork tasks.
You’ll work both independently and alongside experienced team members to deliver precision workmanship that meets our high engineering and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Solid hands-on experience with MIG Welding.
Competence with oxy cutting.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Working within safety standards and procedures.
Excellent attention to quality and detail.
Self-motivation and strong work ethic.
A positive attitude and team player.
Preferred (But Not Essential):
Dogman Ticket
Experience in heavy plate welding
Sub Arc welding experience
Knowledge of AS1554 welding standards.
Physical fitness, ability to kneel for extended periods.
Functional English, both written and verbal.
Recruitment Process:
The successful applicant must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and a criminal history check. Proof of working rights in Australia (valid passport, birth certificate or current visa grant notification) is also required.
