We are a small independently owned wholesale food manufacturing business looking for someone to fill a hands-on role to lead daily production. Our products are hand made from scratch in small batches. We are customer driven and team focused, valuing consistency, craftsmanship and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Select and weigh ingredients (we do not use pre-mixes)
- Ensure consistency in products
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Operate commercial equipment
- Follow standardised recipes
- Contribute current ideas for products on special occasions throughout the year
About you
- Cert III in Baking required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial environment is essential
- Confident with operating commercial equipment
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
