We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team.
Your role:
- Welcome and assist guests
- Handle check-ins, check-outs and bookings
- Respond to guest enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with general front office duties
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and confident
- Skilled and well-presented
- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable using technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
