What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
- Shaping, mixing and baking a variety of dough. Must be proficient with making Sourdough.
- Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
- Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
- Bringing ideas,



creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake

- Previous experience as a baker
