COMI CAFE PTY LTD Full-Time Chef Required COMI Café Pty Ltd T/A Oliver Brown Liverpool is seeking a full-time Chef to join their energetic team at Westfield Shopping Centre, Macquarie St, Liverpool NSW 2170. Benefits Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Responsible to maintaining high quality standards of food and ingredients. Running overall kitchen operations and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service to the client.

Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other food preparation workers. Developing recipes and determining how to present food-Planning menus and ensuring uniform serving sizes and quality of meals. Inspecting supplies, equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.

Hiring, training and supervising cooks and other food preparation workers. Ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies.



Monitoring sanitization practices and following kitchen safety standards.

Maintain consistent food quality and presentation to customers. Qualification & experience Skills Required: Professionally Qualified Passionate about creating amazing food Driven and Hard Working Able to work as part of a team and to strict deadlines Knowledgeable of food safety and hygiene practices Self-motivated, looking to grow their career Experience Required: Minimum one year of relevant experience working as a Chef.
