Land & Sea Brewery is looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team.

We’re a brewery with a strong focus on great food, great beer and creating a relaxed, welcoming experience for our guests. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, enjoys working as part of a team and wants to contribute to a growing hospitality venue.

The Role

As our Chef, you’ll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across our menu while helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure our guests receive outstanding food and an excellent overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working efficiently across busy service periods
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
- Managing food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
- Minimising food waste and assisting with food cost control
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members where required

About You We’re looking for someone who:





- Has previous experience as a Chef in a busy hospitality environment
- Is passionate about food and takes pride in their work
- Has strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Can work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised
- Works well within a team and has a positive attitude
- Has a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Is keen to bring ideas and creativity to the kitchen
