Experience Required:

The applicant requires minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager

Skills Required:

The applicant is required to have the following list of skills:

- Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation with a strong presence on the floor;
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
- Ability to coordinating and supervising restaurant operations and service quality;
- Ability to liaising and coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service delivery;
- Ability to plan menus in consultation with chefs;
- Ability to plan and organising special functions and events;
- Ability to arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods in accordance with budgetary requirements;




- Maintaining records relating to stock control and financial transactions;
- Ability to ensure dining facilities comply with health and safety regulations and are maintained in a clean, functional, and presentable condition;
- Confer with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and services provided;
- Take reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with customer orders where required;
- Manage rostering, labour, service standards and daily operational requirements
- Adaptable work hours
- Immediate start with genuine care progression

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
