Functions Chef

The Role

Reporting primarily to the Head Chef but also under the guidance of the Sous Chef; you'll lead our functions and events catering for 5 private rooms and a range of public areas that can be reserved for private functions. This will include small and large bookings ranging in size up to 300 people for major event and presentation dinners, cocktail parties, birthdays, corporate catering and events, wine dinners, engagement parties and weddings.

You'll enjoy working with a wide range of quality, fresh produce as an important part of our experienced team.

Main duties

- Providing function catering to major event and presentation dinners, cocktail parties, birthdays, corporate catering and events, wine dinners,



engagement parties and weddings

- Prepping for upcoming bookings, working closely with our Function Manager

- Assisting other kitchen departments with food preparation and meal service as required

- Building new function packs and menus with the Head Chef
