We are seeking a talented Functions Chef to join our agile culinary team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a chef who thrives in both day-to-day kitchen operations and the excitement of delivering high-quality functions and events.

About the Role:

- Support the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations.

- Lead menu planning, preparation, and execution for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

- Ensure consistency, quality and creativity across all food service.

- Mentor, train and inspire junior chefs and kitchen staff.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience as CDP or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.

- Strong background in functions, banquets or large-scale catering.

- Ability to lead a team with passion, professionalism and attention to detail.

- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple events and service needs.

- A creative flair for food presentation and menu innovation.
