General Manager - Assets & Investments (Part-Time)

Mornington Peninsula | 2-3 Days Per Week A unique opportunity exists for an experienced executive to lead the asset and investment arm of a respected charitable organisation.

Following a strategic separation of operations and assets, the organisation is seeking a commercially minded leader to oversee its property and investment portfolio, ensuring it continues to support the organisation's long-term sustainability and community impact.

Reporting to the Board, you will provide strategic oversight of assets, facilities, capital improvements, and investment priorities, to shape future direction and investment decisions. The role includes participation in quarterly Board meetings and engagement with key stakeholders across the organisation.

We are seeking a senior leader with experience managing significant assets, property portfolios, investments, or other asset-intensive operations.



You will bring strong commercial judgement, governance capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships with Boards and stakeholders.

Most importantly, you will have a genuine appreciation for the value purpose-driven organisations bring to the community and a desire to contribute to meaningful outcomes for the people they support.

The role offers flexibility and can be structured as a part-time appointment or engaged through the successful candidate's own consulting business.
