CISaustralia is seeking a Global Study Tours Coordinator to join their team, in a workplace that prioritises family, health and flexibility. The role sits at the heart of designing and delivering Customised Group Programs (study tours) worldwide, working closely with Australian university academic staff to create academically engaging and life-changing group travel itineraries for students and staff.

Responsibilities include proposal design, logistical planning (accommodation, transport, excursions), pre-departure materials, risk assessments and post-program evaluations, alongside building robust relationships with university partners and international providers and managing program scheduling and financial administration, all within a small, dedicated team. It’s an opportunity to make a genuine impact on students’ global learning experiences.

This is a permanent full-time position located in our Gold Coast office $70,000 – $73,000 per year.
