Infinity Pro in Canberra is seeking an ICT Support Officer for frontline Service Desk, desktop and user support within a Federal Government setting in Barton. You will resolve hardware, software, network and account issues, triage incidents and assist with ICT upgrades.
This 3-month contract (with a possible extension) is 37.5 hours per week, office-based. You will administer user accounts and assets, maintain support records and liaise with staff and vendors.
