Excelsia University College is seeking a committed Christian with a strong background in Social Work or Counselling to join as a Senior Lecturer.

n

Working within a collaborative academic team, you will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, student engagement and research across the School. You will play an significant role in supporting high-quality program delivery, enhancing the student experience, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the discipline area.

This is a broad and rewarding position requiring a balance of academic capability,



student-focused teaching, and engagement with industry and professional practice.

You will hold a PhD in a relevant discipline and bring demonstrated experience in teaching and research within higher education. Experience contributing to curriculum design, academic administration, or mentoring staff and students will be highly regarded.
