We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultant. About The Role In this role, you will:nn
- Provide high-quality EAP counseling and crisis response services.
n
- Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
n
- Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
n
- Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
n

Requirementsnn
- Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
n
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health (5-10 years for Principal Consultant roles).
n
- Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
n
- Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
n
