What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Reviewing plans and variations to prepare accurate quotes and cost proposals
n
- Working with Sales and Drafting to ensure pricing is sharp, competitive and aligned with the client's needs
n
- Staying across market trends and competitor pricing to support robust decision‐making
n
- Identifying smart cost‐saving opportunities that never compromise quality
n
- Updating and maintaining our Base Price Book and Variation Price Book

What You Bring

n

n




- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Estimator or Production Estimator in residential construction
n
- Strong Databuild skills and advanced Excel capability
n
- Solid understanding of residential building standards, methods and workflows
n
- Ability to turn data into accurate cost estimates, budgets and clear explanations
n
- Confident communication, strong problem‐solving ability and a steady approach
n
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests in a fast‐paced environment
n
