An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong Chief of Staff capability to support the APAC Managing Director of a leading professional services organisation.
This is a high-profile regional role with exposure across APAC, supporting a senior leader across multiple markets and time zones. This is far more than traditional Executive Assistant support, you'll act as a trusted right hand, bringing commercial thinking, sound judgement and the ability to take ownership of priorities and projects.
Role
- Manage a complex APAC and global calendar
- Coordinate extensive international travel and market visits
- Prepare the Managing Director for key meetings, presentations and stakeholder engagements
- Manage inboxes, priorities and follow-up actions
- Coordinate regional leadership meetings, town halls and offsites
- Support quarterly business reviews, presentations and regional projects
- Draft communications and prepare materials for senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across APAC and the global business
- Work closely with the Administrator and wider regional team
About You
- Commercially minded and highly proactive
- Comfortable working with senior executives and stakeholders
- Exceptional at anticipating needs and staying ahead of priorities
- Confident managing complexity across multiple markets and time zones
- Strong with presentations, communication and project coordination
- Calm, solutions-focused and highly organised
- Experienced in a complex corporate or professional services environment
