Your new role
n
In this position, you will be based in the workshop, completing high-quality fabrication, welding, and assembly work. You will be involved in the build of crane beams and hoists, including full fabrication, mechanical fit-out, and testing. The role requires working from engineering drawings to tight tolerances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. You will also undertake a variety of tasks including machining, cutting, bending, rolling, grinding, drilling, and assembling steel components.

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade qualified Boilermaker
n
- Strong fabrication experience in a workshop environment
n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings independently
n
- Experience working to tight tolerances and specifications
n
- Competency across fabrication processes including cutting, bending, rolling and assembly
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical & Police Check
n
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
n
