Majer Recruitment is seeking a hands-on 2IC - Customer Experience Manager to lead the CX floor and support the CX Manager. You'll own shift performance, coaching leads, resolve escalations, and ensure real-time operations across all PODs.
In this role, you'll be on the floor daily, make real-time calls, run briefings, review attendance and productivity, and stand in for the CX Manager when needed. A robust ops mindset and people leadership are essential.
