The opportunity

This is a relationship-led, growth-focused role — not a transactional one. You'll be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building executive-level relationships, developing account plans, and driving cross-sell across a broad suite of solutions including ERP, CRM, AI, data, and managed services. You'll work closely with consulting and practice teams to shape and deliver real business outcomes for your clients.

What you'll be doing

n

- Owning the end-to-end account relationship, including stakeholder mapping and executive engagement
n
- Developing and executing account plans aligned to client goals and industry trends
n
- Driving cross-sell and demand generation across multiple solution pillars
n
- Meeting revenue and growth KPIs, with a focus on year-on-year account expansion
n
- Acting as the escalation point for major client issues and ensuring positive resolution
n
- Collaborating with internal consulting teams on statements of work and new service engagements
n
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
n

What they're looking for

n

n
- 3–5+ years in account management and solution selling, ideally in business applications (ERP, CRM, CPM, or HCM)
n
- Exposure to Data, AI, Managed Services, Commerce, or Transformation Advisory is a strong advantage
n
- Sector experience in logistics, manufacturing, or retail highly regarded
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in revenue growth and client retention
n
- Confident engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
n
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
n
