The Role
n

- Advise on a range of corporate and M&A; matters, including significant public and private transactions.
n
- Contribute to corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB-related work as part of a collegiate deal team.
n
- Draft and review key transaction documents while working closely with senior lawyers and partners.
n

About You
n
n
- You will ideally have 2-4 years' PQE gained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm, with exposure to a range of corporate transactions.
n
- You will bring strong drafting skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
n
- You will have experience or interest in M&A;, corporate advisory, ECM and/or FIRB matters, with applicants from all Commonwealth jurisdictions welcomed.
