The Role
n
Located at our Maryborough site, we are seeking a motivated, reliable individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining clean, well-presented environments. This position is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and hygiene of our onsite office and factory facilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
n
n
- Vacuuming and mopping of all office and factory floor areas
n
- High and low dusting
n
- Cleaning and sanitising desks, kitchen benches, and shared surfaces
n
- Cleaning all amenities (bathrooms, toilets, washrooms) including daily replenishment of consumables
n
- Spot cleaning as required
n
- Internal waste and recycling collection
n
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is maintained, stored correctly, and used safely
n
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
n
- Following cleaning schedules and completing all tasks within required timeframes
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience desirable
n
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a positive attitude
n
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to housekeeping
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
n
- Good time-management skills and the ability to work under strict timelines
n
- Understanding of workplace health & safety and safe chemical handling (training can be provided)
n

Physical Requirements
n
n
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time
n
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 10–15kg (e.g., waste bags, cleaning supplies)
n
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions such as mopping, wiping, and vacuuming
n
- Ability to work in both office and factory environments
n
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals
n
- Must be capable of working in a role that requires consistent physical activity
n
