About the role:

n

Our client is seeking a Release Coordinator to support the delivery and uplift of enterprise release management practices across high-impact business and technology functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced and highly regulated banking environment, supporting the coordination of complex release activities and aligning processes across cross-functional teams.

n

You will work closely with IT release leads, project delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, governance, and execution of releases across critical banking systems.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Collaborate with IT release managers and key stakeholders to design and embed release management processes across enterprise delivery streams.
n
- Coordinate and maintain release artefacts, calendars, and workflows to support structured and compliant deployment cycles.
n
- Liaise with development, testing, and change management teams to ensure readiness across all stages of the release lifecycle.
n




- Assist with the development of procedural documentation and support training efforts to onboard teams into new release practices.
n
- Support integration of release practices into BAU operations, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Experience in release coordination or support within large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder engagement and collaborate across multiple business and technology teams.
n
- Solid understanding of release and change management, including dependencies, test cycles, and cutover activities.
n
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with experience in drafting IT procedures, process flows, and release plans.
n
- Comfortable working in structured environments with multiple concurrent projects and regulatory oversight.
n
- Prior experience in banking, payments, or financial platforms.
n
- Familiarity with Informatica (PowerCenter or Cloud) for data movement and integration.
n
- Exposure to ITIL-based change and release frameworks.
n
- Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
n
- Understanding of enterprise test and deployment coordination across integrated systems.
