The Opportunity

At Crown, our people strategy is central to business performance. As Head of People & Culture Business Partnering, you'll provide enterprise leadership for how P&C; partners with the business, shaping workforce, leadership and culture outcomes at the most senior levels. Based in Sydney, this role works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to embed people strategy into core business decisions, operating within a highly regulated and unionised environment. You'll lead a senior Business Partnering cohort, set enterprise standards, and drive consistent, high quality partnering that supports transformation, risk management and long term capability.

What You'll Do

- Set the strategic direction, standards and operating model for People & Culture Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on complex workforce, organisational and cultural matters
- Lead enterprise workforce planning,



organisation design and large scale change initiatives
- Provide senior leadership in a unionised workplace, overseeing consultation frameworks and workforce change activity
- Build the capability of Business Partners to operate as strategic, commercial and data led advisors
- Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated talent, leadership, culture and employee experience strategies
- Contribute to executive, Board and regulatory forums with high quality advice, insight and governance discipline

What You'll Bring

- Senior leadership experience in enterprise HR or People & Culture Business Partnering
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to influence and advise at executive level
- Proven experience leading workforce strategy, organisation design and transformation in complex environments
- Confidence operating within regulated and unionised settings, including engagement with regulators and unions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and written communication skills, particularly in executive and governance contexts
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Law, Change, Risk or a related discipline
