Your Role

n

As a Strategy & Commercial Operations Associate, you will:

n

- Recruit and onboard new channel partners — entrepreneurs, BDMs, side hustlers, and small business owners.
n
- Pitch and present KPay's solutions in workshops, info sessions, and one-to-one meetings.
n
- Train and coach partners on referrals, sales techniques, and onboarding processes.
n
- Build lasting relationships through regular check-ins, mentorship, and community engagement.
n
- Support lead management — help convert partner referrals into successful deals.
n
- Host events such as onboarding workshops, partner meetups, and training sessions.
n




- Create structure by introducing processes and systems that keep partner operations smooth.
n

Who We're Looking For

- Sales or recruitment experience (bonus if you've done both).
n
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable leading group sessions and presentations.
n
- Goal-oriented and resilient — willing to go the extra mile to hit results.

- Strong people skills — enjoys coaching, mentoring, and motivating others.

- Adaptable and entrepreneurial — thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

- Detail-oriented — able to handle contracts, onboarding documentation, and lead tracking.
