Job Description

Outbound RVs is a boutique caravan dealership in Campbellfield, selling made-to-order recent caravans, display stock, and a curated range of quality preloved vans. We're looking for a full-time salesperson who can start immediately, presents well, and holds themselves to a high professional standard.

Key responsibilities

n

Managing walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from first contact through to signed contract and delivery

n

Nurturing leads through our CRM (ActiveCampaign) pipeline, from first enquiry through to close, keeping records accurate and up to date

n

Selling new made-to-order caravans, display stock, and preloved units

n

Building rapport with customers and guiding them confidently to a decision

n

Representing Outbound RVs at caravan and camping shows across metro and regional Victoria (some travel required)

n

Keeping on top of stock knowledge, pricing, industry trends, and types of vehicles

n

About you

n

A proven closer: someone who can read a customer and confidently ask for the sale

n

Previous sales experience essential (caravans, cars, marine, or big-ticket retail all considered)

n

Well presented, articulate, and professional in manner and appearance

n





A track record of stability and follow-through in previous roles

n

Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team

n

High standards of professional conduct with customers

n

Available for an immediate start

n

Willing to travel to shows and events, including some weekend work

n

Current driver's licence

n

Comfortable using a CRM to log and follow up leads (we use ActiveCampaign, full training provided)
