About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Architect/Sales Consultant to join our team at our Glen Waverley office on a full-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their architectural career whilst building strong client relationships. You will play a vital role in bridging our architectural expertise with client needs, combining design knowledge with consultative sales skills to present compelling home solutions to prospective clients.

This position offers invaluable exposure to residential design, construction processes, and client management within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their residential design needs, preferences and budgetary requirements

- Present architectural designs and home solutions to prospective clients in a transparent and engaging manner

- Prepare and review design drawings, specifications and technical documentation under supervision

- Support the development of design concepts from initial brief through to client presentation





- Maintain accurate client records and manage communication throughout the sales and design process

- Liaise between clients, architects and construction teams to ensure design intent is understood and achieved

- Attend site visits and inspections to gain practical understanding of construction processes

- Contribute to design refinements based on client feedback and constructability considerations

- Support the preparation of project documentation, quotations and contract information for clients

What we're looking for

- Recent graduate with a degree in Architecture or equivalent architectural qualification, or early-career architect with 0-2 years' experience

- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and residential construction standards

- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar design tools

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex design concepts to clients in accessible language

- Qualified presentation skills and ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation





- Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance design creativity with practical construction requirements

- Demonstrated interest in residential design and the residential construction industry

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required
