Role Description This full-time remote Graduate / Junior / Data Analyst role is responsible for supporting data-driven insights across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, performing basic to intermediate data analysis, and preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform business decisions.

The analyst will help build and maintain easy data models, validate data accuracy, and assist in identifying trends, patterns, and performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with team members to understand business questions, presenting findings in a clear and accessible way, and documenting methods and processes to ensure consistency and reproducibility. Over time, the analyst will contribute to improving analytical frameworks and recommending opportunities for efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities to interpret datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of Statistics to support hypothesis testing,



trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Clear and effective Communication skills to present data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to or interest in Data Modeling for structuring data and supporting reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Basic experience with data querying or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
