Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts and visual materials for various projects
- Collaborate with senior designers to create engaging graphics, layouts, and presentations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design discussions
- Support the team in preparing design files for print and digital production
- Conduct research on design trends and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Maintain and organise design assets and project documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
