The Role:
As our Graduate Digital Product Coordinator on Part-Time basis, you’ll have the opportunity to kick-start your career in digital transformation and gain hands-on exposure to exciting digital projects across our business.
Based within our Transformation team, you’ll support the delivery and adoption of digital initiatives, working alongside experienced technology and business professionals. From coordinating project activities and documenting requirements through to testing, user communications and supporting training, you’ll gain valuable experience across the full digital project lifecycle.
This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate who is curious about technology, enjoys solving problems and is keen to learn how digital products can improve the way a business operates.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support project administration, documentation and project trackers
✅ Attend stakeholder meetings and workshops, documenting requirements and outcomes
✅ Assist with testing, UAT activities and documenting test results and defects
✅ Coordinate project meetings, training logistics and user communications
✅ Gather user feedback and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement
✅ Support reports, presentations and user training activities
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Recent graduate or currently completing a degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Commerce, Marketing or a related field
✅ Strong communication,
interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
✅ Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
✅ Ability to learn new systems, processes and software quickly
✅ Interest in technology, digital products and business improvement
✅ University projects, internships, placements, casual work or volunteer experience will be highly regarded
