Urban Spa is seeking an ambitious graduate to join our Future Leaders Graduate Program — a structured two-year program designed to develop the next generation of business managers and leaders.

If you are completing, or have recently completed, a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing or a related discipline, this is an opportunity to gain genuine business experience and responsibility from the beginning.

No beauty industry experience or beauty qualification is required. We are looking for business potential, leadership ability, initiative and the drive to succeed.

The Program

Over two years you will gain broad exposure to the operation of a successful multi-location business, working alongside experienced leaders and contributing to real commercial projects.

You will develop practical experience in:

- Business operations and commercial decision-making
- Team leadership, coaching and staff motivation
- Financial management, budgets and business targets
- Sales growth and business development
- Marketing strategy, digital marketing and social media
- Customer acquisition, retention and service excellence
- Recruitment, training and performance management
- Project management and business improvement
- Business analytics and strategic planning
- Leadership communication and professional development

About You We are looking for a graduate who is:
- Completing or recently completed a relevant university degree
