At QSL, we're evolving. We are reshaping how we support growers by bringing together deeper insight, stronger relationships and more meaningful engagement. As we continue this transformation, we're looking for a Grower Services Officer who understands that great service is about more than answering questions. It's about building confidence, creating trust and helping growers achieve success.

This role is based in the Ingham region and offers flexibility in how we engage the successful candidate. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, casual or fixed-term work, we'd love to hear from you. The role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week across at least three days.

Why this role matters

Every conversation you have with a grower contributes to something bigger. You'll be the first point of contact for growers accessing QSL services, products, payments and digital tools. You'll help solve problems, answer questions, identify opportunities and ensure growers have a positive experience every time they interact with us.

Importantly, you'll also help us understand our growers better by capturing insights and identifying themes that improve the way QSL communicates, engages and delivers value.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to grower enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting growers with QSL products, payments, pricing and digital platforms
- Conducting outbound calls and follow-up activities that support relationship-building initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and grower insights within our CRM
- Identifying recurring questions,



challenges and opportunities to enhance grower experience
- Working closely with our Grower Relationship Manager and broader Client Insights team to support grower success

What we're looking for

You may come from customer service, administration, call centre, agribusiness, financial services, community engagement or another service-focused environment. More important than your background is your mindset.

You'll be someone who

- Enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Builds rapport easily and communicates with warmth and professionalism
- Takes pride in accuracy and follow-through
- Is curious and enjoys learning new products and services
- Understands that relationships are built through consistency and trust
- Is comfortable with technology and systems

Experience in agriculture, regional communities or agribusiness will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
