We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Group & Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across the Paspaley Group, with a focus on wholesale jewellery, pearling, and group marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating marketing campaigns and maintaining calendars across the Group.
- Supporting content creation, social media scheduling, and EDM execution.
- Assisting with website updates and digital asset management.
- Coordinating wholesale marketing initiatives and partner requests.
- Supporting trade shows, partner events, and activations.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates.
- Managing stakeholder communications, supplier coordination, and administrative support.

About You

- 3+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role.

- Experience with CRM platforms, Shopify, Google Search Console,



and digital tools.
- Experience within luxury, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, tourism, or consumer brands.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
