Your Day-to-Day

- Welcome guests with genuine care and deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Recognise and engage with IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised recommendations to make every stay memorable.
- Resolve guest concerns with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Bring

- A friendly, confident personality and strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Solid computer literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred; however, attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
- Australian working rights.




- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
